Responsibilities: The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility for evaluating the patient's need for occupational therapy, developing a plan of care, and implementing it.

 

Requirements: Current unrestricted License as a Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan. Current unrestricted Michigan Driver's License, automobile insurance, and available automobile.
